Sync 4 defaults to Bluetooth

Loving my 23 super duty, but one thing that’s frustrating is that when turning the radio on after starting the truck, it seems to switch to car play once it connects, even if you’re listening to something in FM.
is there a way to change this so it doesn’t switch to car play as soon as the vehicle connects?
