AC question

Just acquired an 86 F600 dump truck with the 370 in it.
The truck does not have ac and it's so hot and humid here during the summer that it's almost impossible to drive anything without it... at least not for 4 - 5 months out of the year.
I was hoping I could pull the ac and dash components (condenser, controls, etc) out of another Ford vehicle.
Does anyone happen to know which years and models, if any, that have a similar dash with ac components that would possibly bolt in?
Thanks for the help!

It most likely does match up to some other Ford
I have no idea what
Maybe check a wrecking yard for info
You will be at a truck junkyard getting parts for the engine anyway, so just get the case and rest of it off the same truck?

Post a pic of your dash - that may give a clue as to what you might be able to use.

It might be easier to install an aftermarket AC system on the truck. My 79 F350 came with just about every option but AC so right after I got the truck I installed a system using a kit from an outfit called Arizona Mobile Air. The kit fit well and has not lost a single can of charge in over 20 years. I like how it doesn't have a great big blower housing sticking out from the firewall under the hood. It did reduce the space in the glove box to virtually nothing but that's a small price to pay.

So did the factory system on the bumpside trucks.
