You can still get grade 8 bolts by the pound at tractor supply.

It's the cup style lock washers I was looking for that were not easy to come by. I can't even find a picture of them. If I buy a new pin box though, it should come with the bolts, so I can package up what is on it now with the sidewinder.

Tractor Supply and Lowes are expensive 1-washer from Tractor Supply is $2.09 vs. $0.65 from Fastenal for the same one. I'm not going to Tractor Supply for fasteners anytime soon.
