Hasn't logged on since the 26th. Hopefully he sees your post, and I'll hit you with a "LIKE" on your link. If not applicable to him, then it is a good resource in general. Sadly threads like this have potential to help others, but in so many cases do not turn out that way, for whatever reason. I truly hope he has it resolved.
I would hate to think that he might have to go to Twitter looking for advice. It would be interesting to know why Warren wasn't involved in figuring this out (or wasn't mentioned to be involved anyway).
