Where could I find a engine wiring harness?

I’m almost ready to put a new 2.9L in my ranger, but I don’t have a good wiring harness that goes from the engine to the firewall. When I pulled the old engine, i had a bunch of connectors break, mostly from being old and brittle. The new engine i got was rebuilt and was sitting in a junkyard for about 5 months before I found it. (The year and month is the same on my truck and on the donor truck, what a coincidence!) Anyways, if anyone could tell me where to find a new one I’d appreciate it.

Thanks,
Dylan

what about the one OFF the donor truck. Just be careful when trying to remove it? More than likely you would need to contact a company that fabricates them and it could be costly??
Or maybe they could just replace the old connectors with new/aftermarket? You would need to ask them. Look at some diesel truck sites that may have a link since there are many trucks running non OEM engines and they need built harnesses. Check the Horsepower site that is on TV and see what they have to say.

The harness in the donor truck is still in the junkyard that the truck is in. Also, I’m not sure if it’ll work because the donor truck had an automatic transmission and mine has a 5-speed. I cant spend a lot of money because I don’t have much, but I’ll look on the horsepower site.
