Governor

I have a 2016 450 that I want to lower the speed of the governor. My driver won't slow down, I need to remove his ability to do so. Can anybody point me in the direction of how to get this done? Truck does not have MyKey

my suggestion would be SCT or HP device. might be able to find a cheap one online used. just have to make sure the SCT is unmarried if used.
