AE for removing top speed limiter

Have searched with no luck. My nephew wants to remove the TSL on his 13 mustang. I have the ford bundle would this work on his ride?

Considering how most top speed limiters are around 100-120, I don't quite understand why you'd want to go faster than that outside the drag strip... It's really not safe... IDK, my 2 cents. I've driven 100, 120, 140, 150 (barely). Anything past 120 is too fast for me on the road unless I'm out in the desert

Short passing lanes here in Western Canada and to safely get around the packs of Eco cars....
Thinking you need to speak with your chip programer.
