Still overheating

Hello, everyone. First time posting, so I200 hope I'm doing it right & I hope someone could help me figure out why my truck is still overheating. It's a 2010 F-150XL 4.6 w/200,000 plus miles on it New radiator, new water pump, new thermostat, new intake manifold. Overheats when driven around the block a few times. Fans kick on, I turn the heat on full blast, but I starts going all the way to H side. No coolant leaks. What else can I do to fix this damn problem?

First & foremost if you didn't replace the thermostat with genuine OEM then replace it again with an OEM stat !!!! Documented many times on this forum...... Advance Auto/Duralast stats will not work/ have also heard O'rielly's also.....Here in Canada, Canadian Tire (CTC Corp.) will also not work.....I Had 2 different trks 2 months apart overheat in mild 70 degree summer weather overheat in10 minutes after hitting the hwy.......Causes cooling fans to operate @ extremely high speed but still will not cool as in normal operating temps....Plz post your results after you fix it so others will learn....Thankyou.......

Thank you for your input.I a little confused though, the original one I removed was a MotoRad, So what would a motorcraft be an original replacement? Or stick with the MotorRad one I removed originally? Also, is the operating temp supposed to be 195 degrees '? Could it possibly be the coolant temp sensor? Again, thanks for your reply to this thread. Man, I'm about my wits end trying to figure out the damn problem, let a lone buying & replacing parts I thought would fix the issue.

All stats open & close on temperature.....This is my guess only....I strongly believe the motorcraft stat properly controls the amount of coolant flow through the system !! End result is proper cooling........Mechanical fans (blades) were removed some years ago....This added about 25 horsepower to the engine (better mpg) This is why todays engines now require a bigger alternator as now those mechanical fans are replaced with electric cooling fans & come on only when needed in various rpm ranges. It is all about proper coolant control & the cooling of same!!
Think of it as this way if the flow thru the rad is slowed down (proper flow speed) it us basically cooled by the natural air flow thru the rad...The electric fans only come on to stabilize higher coolant temps as needed !!
