Dumb Airbag Question
I have a rebuilt 2006 F250 with 6.0 Bullet Proof. The body was completely restored, but the Driver Airbag was just glued back in the steering wheel hub. I have a 2004 F250 6.0 that has rust, no bed and a blown cylinder due to a brand new injector breaking off inside. But the Air bag unit is good. The dumb question is: Can I swap the Airbag out easily, it does it require resetting/replacing the Airbag/SRS unit?

While I don't know about the cross year compatibility, I did change mine without any issues. Disconnect both batteries and turn on your head lights for a good thirty seconds to drain any capacitors in the system. The swap is straight forward. B.
