Broken Break line - HELP!

Did you "bench" bleed the master cylinder with it disconnected from the booster? Loss of pressure IMO means the booster died, squishy pedal means air in the lines. Did you bleed 1st R/H (pass) rear, 2nd L/H (dvr) rear, 3rd (pass) front, last (dvr) front? Where do you have the power brake booster rubber vacume line connected, carb or intake?
