key fob troubles
so i have a 2011 f150 lariat with the 6.2 and i have a key fob that has worked since i’ve had it and out of no where it stoooed working so i used the spare and still nothing and i pushed it off for a while but i just now noticed that the key fob will lock and unlock the doors and remote start it from sitting in the drivers seat but as don as i get out of the truck and close the door the truck won’t respond the the key fob

For me it's not so much the batteries tho replacing them won't hurt. Use a soft pencil eraser to clean the little metal points that touch the battery and the flat surfaces of the battery, see if that helps.
