Power Steering Pump

I am trying to find out what year and model Ford truck uses an Eaton Power Steering pump model number RP70202X. I have the Ford part number which is E8HT3A674CA...I also have other part numbers...ER17229-3...LK5Y...015-005-009...HDXRP70202X...
The reason I need this information is so I can locate a hose/fitting that fits the pressure side of the pump...it is a "butt tube" or Type 2 O-ring fitting that has a 3/4" x 16 threads per inch nut that screws into the pump.
HELP! I HAVE LOOKED EVERYWHERE FOR THIS FITTING. I THINK ONLY FORD HAS A HOSE WITH THIS FITTING ON IT, BUT I HAVE TO KNOW WHAT TRUCK IN ORDER TO BUY THE HOSE!

No idea. But would something like this let you use a hose with a JIC end fitting?

3/4-16 to JIC Adapter

call SYSCO hydraulics @ 812 - 853 - 5450 they make pwr. steer hoses . I don't think the JIC adapter fitting will work , there has to be a bevel or chamfer machined at outer end of female threads for o ring to seal

Thanks, I'll try but I have yet to find a hosemaker with the correct "butt tube" or Type 2 O-ring fitting

The first 2 are the correct pump, the third on is not...it is a belt driven pump and I suspect it probably is used on a gas engine as many diesels use a gear driven pump.

Applications: 1988 L/LN/LNT/LT/LTS800 with F.T.O. Diesel

I know the fitting (adapter) you need, you can buy it by itself .. It's listed in the same section of the 1980/89 Ford Heavy Truck Parts Catalog as the P/S pressure hoses. There's usually more than one.

E8HZ-3A719-DA .. Power Steering Pressure Hose - Pump to Steering Gear - Adapter (fitting) does NOT come with the hose = 1988 L/LN/LNT/LT/LTS800/900 FTO 7.8L Diesel

384074-S78 .. Adapter Assy. - P/S Pressure Hose / 3/4" -16 x 3/4" -16 -7/8" nut 1 1/2" long / One end threads into the steering gear, the other end threads into the fitting on the hose

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 7 = 800-543-4959.

This info came from the 1980/89 Ford Heavy Truck Parts Catalog on a C/D .. Hose/adapter may have been used in the 1990's, but I didn't look.

I have a 1990/2001 heavy truck parts catalog, but it's on microfiche. C/D much easier to use, as it been downloaded in my computer since 2013..
