86 Lincoln Cont.
I know this is not a lincoln board but I am looking at a 86 cont. and it has the 4spd overdrive auto and I was wondering if it was the aod or what. Is this a good trans? can it be made good? any help at all would be greatly appr.

It's probably the AOD. I've always had fairly good luck with them, but in stock form, they won't stand up to much more power than a stock 351 would put out.
