My most recent update is power-up 3.5.2 on 2/1/23. No problems on mine. Do you know which update you got? You con find it on fordpass or the infotainment screen.
3.5.4 my dealer also said it had some modem update to yesterday so? I do have a change with forscan to allow search while in motion, not sure if that effects anything
My truck has received two OTA updates in the last month. One added Alexa and yesterdays (3.5.4) mentioned the dual phone/screen resizing and updated owner's manual. Navigating seems fine.
Other than the Alexa symbol the only other change I've noticed is when I activate the 360 cameras I now see two trucks on the screen whereas before I only remember the standard big one.
I went and forced an update earlier and got 3.5.3. I did it again hoping to get 3.5.4 for full screen CarPlay. Now I'm worried I'll get the KIP bug....
There are reports of this on other super duty forums and even the Bronco forums. I have the latest update and havent seen this although I do have the Unreal engine turned on and use full screen car play 100% of the time now.
How are these OTA updates received by the truck? (I'm still new, still learning.) Home wifi network? Satellite? I don't park my truck within wifi range of my home network. It's kept in a carport, and not sure it can receive satellite communication. Can I force the update someday when I'm on an open road for a couple of hours?
