I'm looking into e fuel. One thing I notice about the Irate kit is they mention replacing the selector valve/tank pick ups due to depri contamination. Looks like they run from the selector direct to the pump vs though a filter first. Think I'm liking Marty's kit so far.

The Irate kit can keep the selector valve and they recommend changing the selector and pickups to avoid starving the pump and burning it up.
That would provide protection for the pump. I didn't notice a difference in any of these kits routing differently. I will have to look at that in more detail
I think if I were to decide on the Bronco tank mod I would also move to a sump. As of now I have installed a new Motorcraft selector valve and shower heads. Should buy me some time to decide what to do when those fail I like the simplicity of the Bronco tank swap but I will most likely stick with the twin tank setup.

Rather than Bronco tank check out Spectre F26E tank. It’s 38 gallons, fits perfectly between frame rails and is only 7” deeper than stock. Bronco is 32 gallons and 13” deeper than stock. F26E is basically plug and play, once you extend the pickup tube 7” and the fuel gauge wand. I used thick uncoated coat hanger wire to fab up the gauge fuel wand, used the factory one as a pattern and extended it 7”. This is an excellent mod.

Still unsure. I see you guys recommending Marty's and Mark's are good kits. Which I likely will goo that route. But what about Irate's? Their lines under the hood route in a cleaner looking fashion? That's sounds shallow but I like my motor looking orderly. Irate's system promises that their kit will accommodate larger injects such 205's? Has anyone had any experience with Irate's/IDP? I think Irate's pressure regulator mounts to where I can't place the plastic cover back on. I think
Regardless of what kit you use, if you want a clean wiring install, the link below is how I wired my fuel pump using an empty relay spot in the fuse box instead of having a loose relay hanging out under the hood. The other advantage is that the pump gets pulsed to prime the system before starting. I'm not sure it really makes a lot of difference, but I like it.
I heard that the walbro pump fails often and the Bosch last much longer? Is this accurate?
Im pretty sure the Walbro GSL392 is not diesel rated. I know Irate Diesel does not sell the Walbro pump any longer and it has been replaced by the Bosch 464-200 which is diesel rated. Also from what I was told by Irate customer service is that, The Walbro pump can not tolerate any type of starvation while the Bosch pump is much more tolerant to fuel starvation.
My first Walbro died in under a year. Current one is still fine after three or four years. Correct on not Diesel rated. I still want to go with a Diesel rated pump, but unsure which since I have 205/30s now.
Also, I am all for using an empty relay slot in the fuse box. I did also.
