Dual pumps would be redundant? Or would having 2 add additional psi?
96SD,
You have the irate system right? I can tell in your pic based on the hard lines routing and the regulator mounter on top of the hpop reservoir. What injectors u have? Just wondering how it responds to performance injectors?
I don't want to buy a system and it cannot keep up with stage 1 injectors or 205's as other are suggesting.

I run stock injectors. Irate says their kit will keep up with and I quote "This system will support anything from stock up to a 250/200 injector or 550-600RWHP at 60PSI. "
Yeah I saw that. I'm thinking of going irate. But don't like the regulator on top of the hpop reservoir. Want to put the plastic cover back on to hide aftermarket parts considering I'm in cali. Also, didn't want to remove the turbo but willing to do it.
I put a Martys Diesel fuel kit on my 96' F350 a little more than a year ago, absolutely fantastic kit. Super easy to install, and it uses your stock fuel lines in the rear, so you don't have to remove the turbo. Can be used with single or dual tanks. I paid $1000 for the kit.
Do you have upgraded injectors? Called Marty's today and they said the Bosch pump will not keep up with upgraded injectors. They stated that the walbro will keep up with my 160/30's. Maybe I get Marty's and for $75 buy a second walbro pump just in case. They do offer the Bosch but don't advise it with my injectors
I’ve run multiple of marks kits from my personal truck to my brothers truck. Several customers trucks I usually run a sump and bypass the selector valve. But have ran it threw the valve as well his kit makes for clean engine bay.
The walbro keeps up on my diy e-fuel great. I have actual running time 3 years and no issues. Fuel pressure never drops off with my 250/200s. Stock selector, shower heads etc.
I think I had one of the batch of bad Walbro's that were out there for a while. Replaced and no issue... remember it is not Diesel rated. The Boosch is rated for that.
My Marty's kit had been going strong for almost two years now, mine has the walbro pump, and is claimed to be good for up to 205cc injectors. I bought an extra pump just in case, and did the Spectre rear tank as well, and cut access holes over the two tanks. I dont know about fuel starvation issues with the walbro, but I do know it filled both of the huge filters in a couple of seconds. I had intended to prefill the filters before running the pump, but forgot. I also made a new bracket for my selector valve and moved it forward so it can be easily replaced.
I have stock injectors, but my fuel pressure has never moved from the 55psi I have it set to, I have a pressure gauge in the cab.
I couldnt be happier with my Marty's kit, and would recommend it to everyone. Dont know about the other kits, but Marty's has a breaker for the fuel pump instead of a fuse.
I wired it in, the fuel pressure regulator in Marty's kit comes with a mechanical gauge for setting the correct fuel pressure. You would normally remove after setting pressure that and replace with a plug that also comes with the kit. I replaced it with an electronic pressure sensor instead, going to a glowshift gauge in the cab.
