Rotomaster EBVP arm adjustment

Need some advice. Am changing the turbo pedestal. Bought an OEM replacement from Diesel O-Rings. The arm is adjustable same as the OEM unit but it came adjusted much closer inboard.

Do I just match the length to the OEM unit? The reason I ask is because the Rotomaster does not use an OEM actuator and it was marked with blue paint on the nut and arm.

Yes I know...many people delete the EBV.

That sealer looks like copper antiseize.

ok Bob sent me instructions from the rebuild kit. He says he doubts the Rotomaster EBVP is properly adjusted from the factory.
