A strange thing is happening with the trip odometer on my 2016 Escape. Traveling recently across the country, I would reset either trip 1 or trip 2 and all would be fine until the mileage reached 2000 miles. At that time it would automatically reset to zero and start anew. The trip odometer always resets at the 2K mark. I have not found anything in the owners manual that would indicate a fix.. Have any of you owners out there experience this issue? Or am I missing an otherwise obvious easy fix. Thanks for your insight.
