I'm using the Vgate VLinker FS USB OBDii connector. The SCMG and SCMH modules are new from Ford and have never been in a vehicle before. I did provide the VIN of an F150 that had multi-contour seats when I ordered the adjuster with modules for my upgrade. Do I use the wrench section of Forscan to somehow do a PMI? Problem is the modules are never listed and I'm not sure how to get that process going. Don't want to go to Ford for this. I did activate the "enhanced multi-contour seats" using Forscan and I now have the driver and passenger seats shown on the center display. Both are grayed out and nothing happens when I try to select driver or passenger.

You are using a recommended adapter as listed on the FORScan website. I am using the OBDLink EX. Other than checking the connections again I am at a loss here. I would start with the large connectors under the pass and driver seat and make sure they are fully seated. My pass was not fully seated and FORScan didn’t see it but it did on the drivers side. I didn’t have to do any PMI procedures on the modules. I’m hoping someone can assist you more than I can.
