I recently purchased a 2022 F250 Lariat Base BAP pickup that was stolen and stripped. I installed a platinum interior in it and hooked everything up. The multicontour seats have full power and functionality minus the massaging feature. I assume this is something I will need to turn on via Forscan. I've search this forum and several others looking for info/writeup but only came across a F150 Forscan sheet for SCMG and SCMH programming of like 20 codes. I was curious if anyone else has swapped the massaging seats and had any insight on programming?

So I went into forscan IPC programming and enabled both the “Multi-contour Seat” and the “Enhance Multi-Contour Seat” options. This has my driver seat functioning, but I can’t select any of the massaging modes other than the default. The wiring is present for my passenger seat, but no massage there whether enabled on the radio or the side of the seat.

Thanks to ZooDad, finally figured out the programming.

My initial changes were enabling the multi contour seats and enhanced multi contour seats in Forscan using the plain English BCM programming.

Then programmed the asbuilt for SCMH and SCMG using the following:

713-03-01 xxxx xxxx 6Axx
712-03-01 xxxx xxxx 6Axx

Now I have fully functioned multi contour seats in my 2022 Lariat.

 

Hi, I found this post. I have a 2022 king ranch, added everything for multi contour seats. Tried to update the apim and the two seat modules. Having no luck with getting them to work.

 

I added platinum seats into my 22 f250 xlt via big blue customs harness. Drivers massage is working fine. Passenger seat heats and cools, moves but massage does not work. I cannot find any of the 713 settings on my forscan.

 

Sounds like your truck is not seeing the SCMH (713) module.

Any idea why? The passenger is the only side that massage doesnt work. Wouldn't it at least show one of the 713 modules for drivers seat? Is there a setting that needs programmed in pcm or apim for it to show up?

 

SCMG (712) is the driver seat MCS module
SCMH (713) is the passenger MCS module

I would recommend going back to the wiring. The truck needs to see the module before any programming will work.

@ZooDad may be correct on checking wiring and connections. I had a similar issue with my MCS component install where the passenger SCMH was not showing up in FORScan after I installed all of the MCS components for drivers and passenger sides. The driver side SCMG did show up in FORScan. I didn't button up the seat back covers so I could test, which allowed me to unplug and replug all of the passenger seat connectors. After I did that the passenger SCMH module showed up in FORScan and resolved the issue.
