Swapping front seats

Common sense would dictate that the front seats in my '03 SD should be the same left to right. I mean the seat cushion/foam/leather part. Right?
Does anyone know if it is fairly simple to swap them left to right? I have dual power, heated seats, so I would think there shouldn't be a problem. No?

My truck has 170k on it, almost ALL of that with no one in the passenger seat. Well I am pretty sure all 170k had someone in the driver seat so you can imagine the difference in the seats. Just thought I could try to swap them.

What say you, oh wise and sage FTEers?

Should be able to swap the foam with no issues. Frame and cover should be side specific though.

I looked a lot closer and found that the seat bottoms look to be different enough to not be able to swap sides. The reason I wanted to swap is the seat bottoms. The back on the driver side is ok, it is the bottom that I thought I could switch even up. Not so.
It is not bad enough to need replaced. I just thought it would be cool to start wearing out the other side now.
