I must be the lousiest searcher ever because I assume this has to have been covered before, BUT, can't find it after looking with all the expected key terms. Sorry.
So here goes: passenger side rear bumper is about a half inch lower than the driver side as measured from the bottom of the tail light. I put a level across the floor and across the bumper, and get the same - checking in case the tail light position was off.
Appears two larger fasteners connecting the steel bumper bracket to the frame and four slightly smaller fasteners connecting the bracket to the bumper - on each side. Which ones are the "up/down" fasteners?
Mine is the same. Was delivered that way. I notice it but nobody else has mentioned it. Thought about adjusting it my self but have a big case of Old-man-too-lazy
I noticed my rear bumper was a bit low on the drivers side soon after delivery. Nothing horrible, but definitely not perfectly 'square'. I got under the rear bumper last weekend and to see if I could adjust it. It was easy peezy.
You'll need a 21mm wrench or socket. One of the four nuts is hard to get to if you've only got a 21mm ratchet/socket. I used a 7/8" wrench on that nut (didn't have a 21mm wrench)...7/8 inch was close enough to work on that one 21mm nut.
If you get under the bumper you'll see there are four (4) 21mm nuts per side that need to be loosened to move either side up/down. I only had to loosen the drivers side to square up the bumper perfectly. There are two other nuts per side that you'd need to loosen to adjust the bumper side-to-side (my side-to-side was fine, so didn't touch those).
Let me know if you want pictures for clairification? Its pretty obvious if you look how the bumper is mounted.

Mine too. I didn't notice it till a buddy pointed it out after looking at the truck for 3 seconds..........he has an eye for details....
I'd have another set of eyes on hand during the mission. I had the driver side bolts loosened to put the AMP Research step on my truck. When I was done it was noticeably lower on the driver side. Loosened them again and pushed up while tightening and it came out pretty good. I was working solo. Dumb luck but I'll take it.
My 2022 Supercab bumper was so out of alignment it rubbed on the tailgate when it was down scratching the paint. Dealer had to recondition the paint and it took them several attempts and new top cover to get it correct. To me this is totally unacceptable from Ford, how may trucks a day do they produce and still have such a simple mistake! crazy.
"Damn! I've got to keep Opie busy....what can I have him do?
Hummmm, I guess he can install the rear bumpers. That should be easy enough for him to handle....."
I actually think the Louisville Truck Plant builds some great trucks. Seems like they take pride in their product. It is weird that so many customers are noticing misaligned rear bumpers. Easy fix. But still. That's some low hanging fruit that final inspection should catch.
