Sagging rear bumper

Does anyone ever notice the rear bumper uneven or sagging on one side ? Is there an adjustment to raise or lower it or is it a manufacturing defect? I've got an 04 Diesel Eddie. It's suttle but for $45K it should at least look level.

May be that someone (maybe you) bumped it ...

Don't ask me how I know

but my bumper on my 02 was "sagging" too

I replaced my rear bumper after I damaged it (backed into my own house ... don't ask anything further ... was my own stupidity). After installing the new bumper and a new mounting frame (inside the chrome bumper "cover"), it was sitting lower on the passenger side. There was no adjustment that I could find, so I removed the bumper and used a grinder to make a couple mounting holes oblong enough to make the bumper level again.
