I found the issue. Sorry for the large picture. Tried resizing it but you can really see the o-rings good. lol When I removed it the standpipe seemed no more than finger tight. I torqued both to 60 lbs/ft. I double checked the torque on the dummy plug and it was still at 60lbs/ft.
This is where they were purchased. I'm thinking Chinese crap with a Motorcraft Sticker on the box. I figured $80 was a little low but the other Chinese ones were around $30 so I thought these were Genuine. I was going to buy an oring kit but I'll take the loss and look for Genuine and toss these and take out the drivers side I just put in. Damn.
Edit: Even the white teflon o-ring looks like its damaged the black o-ring next to it.
I thought the cheap stuff were the ones that are $25 to $50 and not $80. I should have investigated more. I just sent the seller a nice message. I just ordered a set from Fairway Ford.

I took a look at the Ebay listing you shared. If you scroll down to Brand it is listed as MOTOR Parts. There are a lot of references to OEM part numbers that I think are there to divert attention.
3 Year Warranty on this "Genuine Updated Stand Pipe & Dummy Plug Kit". (per EBay seller)
Good grief I really need to pay attention. lol Well lets see if he honors that warranty after the message I sent him. Thank you Mark for taking your time to look that up. Hopefully others will see this post and avoid this seller and the other 100 selling the same boxed parts.
Off topic, and can't remember if I've asked you before, but what's with the Sinclair avatar? Lotsa Sinclair history in my fam.
The Sinclair Stations here in the Vegas valley used to sell B5 Diesel years ago. They were my go to gas station for diesel. I was just showing support with the Avatar for the Sinclair stations but one by one they disapeared and so did the B5 diesel. There are a few Sinclairs around town but I haven't seen B5 in a long time.
The new true OEM Standpipes and dummy plugs arrived yesterday. Soaked them over night in oil and installed them tonight. Pumped about 50psi of air with the IPR adapter and after about 10 seconds the air pressure started to fall so I hit it with 125 psi. It started to fall again then I heard some bubbling then just straight air leaking. Not as bad as the standpipe leak but pretty close. I narrowed it down to #5 injector. I pulled the oil rail and looked at the tops of the injector and I didn't see any broken o-rings but the tops had some oil in them and it was getting dark. The nipple cups were loose after I wiggled them a little. They moved all around easily so I removed them and replaced the orings and torqued them to 100ft/lbs. Inspected all surfaces and everything was nice and smooth. The old orings looked fine just a little flat and harder than the new ones. I'll do the same with the drivers side oil rail tomorrow. Injectors are a new thing to me since these are the originals with just over 298,000 miles on them. Would you guys just put orings on them with this many miles or say the heck with it and replace all 8 since "i'm already in there". I really don't want to spend $2200 on injectors but I will if I have to. I just can't break up with the truck, just love her too much. lol
