Replaced up pipes and turbo pedestal with a non epbv one and now when I put everything together the intake spider is about 1 1/2" lower than the compressor outlet. Question is is there any way to rotate the compressor housing down so everything will line up? The pedestal needed to use longer bolts as the stock ones were too short, my thinking is that is why the turbo does not line up now due to the pedestal being taller. Either clocking the turbo down or getting longer intake boots to raise the spider up seems to be the only solution that I can think of. Thanks in advance for any help offered
Your profile says you have a 1999 truck. Is it an E99 or early build 99 by chance?
I believe the E99 has a different height pedestal than the L99 - 03, but it is late and my brain is starting to shut down. Ben eluded to this same detail, so hopefully I am not wrong on this.
If this is the case, perhaps you could order some slightly longer boots for the plenums and make up the height difference there, especially if you need boots anyway.
Truck is a late 99, just double checked the order ticket from riff raff and it says that the pedestal is a 99.5-03 pedestal. If it is an e99 pedestal I suppose it could have gotten mispackaged.

if You have an early 99 truck/engine, and got late 99 parts, and Clay from Riffraff can verify that they fit my late 99 ... I would be willing to purchase them subject to a couple of conditions... They are Riffraff gear and not some shoddy garbage, and you have all the parts. this might allow you to get the correct parts from RifRaff without taking a huge loss. i do not need them yet, but it was on my bucket list of things to do.
just a thought.. but first and foremost post pics so the forum guru's can double check for you.
