Regular cab two tone paint

Came across this beauty browsing the other day. Haven't seen a regular cab with factory style two tone since the early 2000's let alone a 450 dually. Thought lariat and up only had the paint, assuming someone painted this one?

Its dirty and salty, but up close this is very nice to look at. Its a red pin stripe between the blue and white.
