N60 = LN600 gas ('64 to '69 = N600; '70 up, LN600)
C = 330 2V MD FT gas V8 (Medium duty = 352/360 crank with small diameter snout, small diameter oil pump drive and a few other items as found on pickup 360s)
V = Kentucky Truck Plant
K31939 = 1971 numerical series, October 1970 production
There should have been a metal tag on the driver door showing all the warranty plate info including transmission and axle codes.
Your truck has the bonus of having the Dayton style wheel with the split locking ring. These wheels are "safe" if handled correctly. While you have tube type, you can, if you look hard enough, find tubeless rims for these.
Brake drums for Dayton style are said to be had via airbrake drums cut down to fit. Someone posted that, no one has come back to refute it. Check carefully if it comes to that.
