Not sure what your request is. If you know what wire color goes in what slot, what else do you need to know? Here's a diagram of it.

I guess I am having a bad day or something. Forgive me if I am dense. If your truck does not have a darkblue wire, then why do you want one? All I know is you have a 1982 truck, and are trying to put a 1982 turnsignal switch in place? You are right, I see no darkblue in the diagram above going to the switch, so why are you looking for a darkblue or why do you have a darkblue?

The turn signal switch has a dark blue wire in position # 10 as I stated my problem is very simple I have eleven wires hanging down under the steering column . I have a used receptacle because the old one was damaged and had to be removed there were two individuals working on the problem each thought the other made note where the wires went now I’m trying to straighten it out. I apologize form not stating this issue clearly

Ok, you are at the bottom of the column. I believe the connector you are messing with is C305. Darkblue goes to the horn. It's in the diagram below. In the diagram below, it says the darkblue wire changes to a yellow/lightgreen hash wire on the other side of the connector.

I just noticed in the first diagram I posted, the white/red hash wire from the truck, changes to a red/white hash wire. Be careful, sometimes Ford had typos and errors in their diagrams. But I don't think you can blow anything up, they are all hot wires. The white/red red/white are the hazard flasher feed.

The others should be the same color wire on both sides correct? Just hook them together or just put them in the same slot on both sides.

No way of knowing. Do the two wires lead up into the column? That could narrow it down some.

The only white/purple I can find comes from fuse 6, and feeds the cruise control, the 4x4 indicator circuit, and the digital clock.
