Windshield Sprayer Pump

Hello, Hoping to find some more help with my 93 F250 XL.

I bought the truck knowing that the sprayer for washer fluid didn't work. The previous owner said it was just a bad pump/motor. I removed the motor (it was pretty corroded), I bought a new one at Napa, installed it, and it still doesn't work. I can verify that the motor isn't receiving a signal as I removed it and hit the washer button and tried to see if it was spinning. It wasn't.

When I hit the sprayer button, I can hear a "click" on the passenger side of the cab, inside, where the wires and fuel cut-off are located. So best I can figure, the signal is going from the steering column button to some relay or switch on the passenger side, but not to the motor itself after that.

Where should I start looking to trouble shoot this? It's winter here in Montana and I'm having to keep a spray bottle of de-icer in the truck and stop to spray down the windshield when it gets bad.

Thanks in advance!

You should first use a test light to see if there is power at the plug when you press the washer button.
