Washer Pump

So recently i went to hit the sprayers for my wipers to clear the pollen and some bugs off the windshield and got nothing at all.
Checked the tank and its full. So i was thinking the sprayer tips might be clogged so i opened the hood and just above the blower for the HVAC is the line going to the wipers. I disconnected it there and pushed the button again and got wipers but no water out of the tube.
So on to finding fuses and relays. All the fuses checked out good. The washer pump fuses are tied into the wiper motor hi low on off etc. So if it were a fuse id assume id have nothing at all.
There are separate relays for the washer pump and actual wipers. So i pulled the relays and swapped and got no luck. So went and just bought a new relay and still nothing.
So its either the pump itself or in the button. The button still activates the wipers just not getting any water. Cant find anything in my Clymer shop manuel referring to the washer pump. I know its located under the passenger battery from the looks of it but i could be wrong.

Any suggestions or anyone had this issue ? Im really hoping its just the pump and not a wiring issue in the steering column

From: Portland. Or
grab some tester leads and a 12v battery and see if you can make the pump work (see if you can tie into the connector). if it shoots bugspray then it's a wiring harness thing, if it does not then its a pump thing.

The Electric Pump is located at the bottom of the Washer Fluid Reservoir.

It is controlled by the Multi-Function Switch.

If you have System Voltage at the Pump Connector, then the logical step is to replace the Electric Motor.

If you're not getting System Voltage at the connector, begin troubleshooting the multi-function switch (This assumes you have physically checked all fuses)
