Trailer navigation

I own a 2022 F 350 Platinum that was built in September. I know that Ford has a trailer navigation GPS in their F150, but not in the Super Duty trucks. Has Ford added this feature to our SYNC 4’s?

Unfortunately no. It's in the owners manual, but not available. Use the search and you'll find many discussions on this topic.

The 2023 Superdutys comes with trailer navigation. You can put the dimensions of your trailer in and the navigation will route you accordingly.

I hope that Ford sees to it that at least the 2022’s that took close to a year to build, get the trailer GPS app software update into their SYNC 4.

That's a good question, google is your friend. I know my Lariat with the ultimate package has it.

Mine too, but it's a PITA. Every time it's activated, you get an annoying ding for every single overpass you encounter. I don't need it to tell me an overpass is coming, I need it to tell me I'm too tall for the upcoming overpass, or better yet, just route me around it like it's supposed to do. Mine stays off when I'm towing the TT.
