Sync updates??
I don't think my truck had ever gotten a sync update. I have it set to Auto Update. Truck was built in Aug 22, and I've had it since Sept 22, it is a Sync 4 system. When I check for updates it says none are available, but I don't know if it is really checking.
Where I park at the house, cell signal is a sketchy 1 bar, and WiFi is about the same. Would this keep it from getting updates, or would it download them when driving in areas with a better cell signal?

Have you connected your truck to your WiFi? And a weak signal could dampen your efforts. My WiFi router is in the room over the garage, and my trucks sits just outside. Auto update seems to be working for me.

I'm connected to my wifi, but it is weak in the driveway. Our routers are in the back of the house. Where I just don't know if it gets enough bandwidth to do anything. I may stick a router in the window above the driveway just for run.

I Have never received any updates on mine either...great Wi -Fi signal.. 2022 F350 7.3 Platinum... built Dec 2021 , Delivery Feb 2022...

If you go to fordowner.com with your vin is may show in messages. I got one loast night that I have an update waiting.
My router is too far away for my truck to get the signal too. I just download the update via USB and install.
