Multiple p207f. Codes

My 2012 F-250 with a 6.7 power stroke keeps showing p207f codes after they have been cleared. Since new, I have had to have the nox sensor changed every year or so. We just changed the nox sensor module and now it’s in idle mode. It doesn’t go to limp or reduced speed anymore, straight to idle. I’m at wits end with this truck. We’ve changed the def injector recently and the def fluid. The connections to the nox sensor and module are clean and no corrosion. Any ideas?

reductant quality. What is the % of def at? Needs to be 33%.

Probably need a new tech, clean the def tank out, get def that is new and see where you stand.

it should also be noted that the EGR should be checked, air filter clean.

It may also just be a bad SCR.

I would suggest your tech reach out to ford hotline with what has been done and they will advise on pin point tests.

This truck has been a nightmare since it was brand new. It’s always the regen system failure. It began 6 months after I bought the truck. The NOx sensor has been replaced multiple times. The NOx sensor module was replaced recently. The DEF injector has been replaced along with the fluid. Now it goes straight to idle mode warning without going to reduce speed. My tech updated the latest version of the software and said that all of the values are correct when on the ford scan tool. He won’t change parts to blindly figure it out. He wants to know what the problem is. Thanks for your input. I’m going to forward this to him.
