Well, got my first UOA back from Blackstone. Considering their comments on viscosity and fuel, and copper... I'm definitely going to be continuing with the 5k intervals and keep a close eye on it. This was the 2nd oil change. First one was done shy of 5k, (4,700 IIRC) and the dealer put 5w/40 Full Synthetic in. This sample was the 2nd oil change at 9,950k miles, 5w/40 again. Guess time will tell, a this rate It'll probably be due in March.
Looks to me your dealer installed a 10W30 oil. The viscosity range for a 10W30 oil is 9.3-12.4 cSt @100C. Also the phos level looks a little low for a Motorcraft oil.
The Motorcraft 5W-40 appears to consistently fall short of their own "1,000ppm of Phosphorous minimum!!" screeching looking at the various UOAs I've seen. Are they trying to appease the enviro-nuts or something?

Hmm, good observation. Here's a link to VOA of Valvoline Premium Blue Extreme 5w-40 with a Phosphorous number 100 points higher. However, note that this is VOA (Virgin Oil Analysis) not UOA.
Just curious what your iron levels are? Mine at 15k was 21, which is lower than what Blackstone defines as the “universal average” of 27. The OP’s was barely lower than mine at 20.
Here are the first 6 oil changes on the truck. I'm usually mid 20's on iron every 5k. Keep in mind my truck tows a 6500 lbs trailer 98% of the time, it rarely leaves the house unloaded. I use Valvoline PBE 5W40 except for the factory fill and 2 fills the dealer did after each upper oil pan repair which was done at 27k and 55k IIRC.
