Thank you for all the information brother. I finally figured it out after loosing my mind. My EGR that i bought to replace the old one was just little deeper than the old one. So close that the newer ecm was reading in range and the older was reading too low voltage .04 difference. I'm gonna throw the old back in for now. Again thank you for the information!
