Diagnostic Help
The focus needs to be on the P0611 as any problems with the FICM will cause injector related codes to set.
I had a recent experience with a 2006 6.0 in which I found the connectors for the FICM weren’t properly seated. It may not be the same issue for you but here’s the details of the diagnosis and repair -

FWIW the truck I used this repair on is still running well.
Problem is, there’s far too many factors that affect MPG; IMO, personal driving habits are at the top of the list - so the better question is whether or not 13 MPG is accurate for you.
If you haven’t been driving it enough to know, reset the MPG data in the dash and see how it does over 4-5 fill ups.
Without any driveability concerns (rough idle, bucking/hesitation/missing, etc) it’s hard to say what the cause of the codes is, but I would lean toward electrical connections as a primary suspect.
If you do notice any concerns, take note of the conditions at the moment (idle vs acceleration vs highway cruising, engine speed/temp, AC on/off, gear if manual transmission) and see if you can reproduce the concern.
