What fuel pressure do you have and does it hold after the engine is shut off? If you have some leaking injectors that would result in a very rich idle mixture.
It was 32 with the FPR hooked up. I didn't watch the bleed off. Leaking injectors were one of my suspicions.

Good point and pull the vacuum hose off of the fuel pressure regulator and look for fuel entering the vacuum line.
Swapped the 180 thermostat back to a 195 after figuring out that fuel maps don't begin to self-tune until the computer sees 185*. (Which it was barely touching with the 180 stat)
It does run better (and leaner) with the 195 thermostat. Operating temp has came back up to 200-205 as it was before the entire engine swap.
I'm still dealing with the falling/surging idle. But I'm hopeful that getting the EEC chipped will correct everything.
