Swapping 95 block into L99

Swapping 95 block into L99
My L99 shot a rod thru the block at 400k, and I ended up buying a 2000 motor, swapped that in and found out its got too much blowby for my taste.
Trying it again with a 95 motor this time. I am trying to keep this repower on a budget, so crate motors or built motors were out of the question.
Don't have much experience with OBS motors, but know they were forged internals. Most of the top accessories look different, and I will swap mine off 2000 motor to make it work.
From what I can see this is the list of what needs swapped:
Injectors to L99 AB code
UVCH to single connector
Turbo pedestal and turbo
Plenums
Spider
3/4" freeze plug for fuel pump hole
L99 HPOP
L99 HPOP reservoir
Fuel bowl
Do I need to swap FRONT ENGINE COVER and EXHAUST MANIFOLDS???
Remind me if I am forgetting something please.
I will also swap and use my good AC compressor, alternator, PS pump and bracket, plastic fan and fan clutch, resealed oil cooler, install new EBPV tube, all new sensors, etc.
