block swap
the block is cracked on my powerstroke and i bought a international diesel engine out of a commercial diesel for $600 ($600 is why i bought it) will the block work in mine...its not a indirect injection but a few things look different like the fuel bowl is (if your facing the top of the engine from the front) on the bottom left...the water pump looks different but bolt holes are the same...it has a cps...will it work?

the fuel bowls on our truck are put on by ford and so is the water pump. but yes in a nutshell same motor and will work fine. it may even have some "AC" code injectors in there which is a bonus they are the same as stage 1's.
