https://www.dieseltechchatt.com/ is your best bet for a refurbished or repaired PCM and a tune of your choice put on it.

Are you 100% sure the PCM is toast? If not, we can help you make sure before you go on a PCM replacement/repair journey.

Try swapping valve cover gaskets and UVCHs side-side and see if the issue switches sides.

At idle, there is very little need for injector pulse width, so a small amount of oil coming out seems to me to be normal. Others with more experience please chime in and correct me if I'm wrong.

Ok wasn't Shure if that amount of oil was correct you wouldn't happen to know about that o ring test would you. or info on it.
I just know it has something to do with compressed air fed into the sys.

A little history. Full force 160/0 injectors about 8 months ago new ucvh new motor Craft glow plugs all from FF. fresh oil change and fuel filter yesterday. new motor craft ipr yesterday. 6month old icp. Now to the problem went to start after work and truck started and immediately shut off . thought wow that was weird. then started right up but when i got home getting off highway it started shaking real bad got home revved a few times it cleared up. but the next morning it tried to start but took a long time to crank and finally started and was rough for about 30 seconds and cleared up again. ok so now I know I have an issue. that's when the oil and fuel filter change and ipr was done. still the slow start and rough running until oil pressure came up and cleared so I went out to start this morning and it tried to start but just wouldn't catch. this afternoon after work when I just cranked and cranked till it finally started again ruff but cleared up after awhile. got the truck warm shut off and now running rough again like only

Ok finally had a chance to ohm out the wiring harness from the idm plug to injectors here were the results
1-2.6 2-2.5
3-2.6 4-2.5
5-2.6 6-2.7
7-2.6 8-2.5
ground to injectors o l
power to injectors o l
do these numbers look correct? Also opened the idm and no visible signs of water intrusion. I do have another idm coming tomorrow hopefully that is the problem.

So, from these numbers its either idm or a fuel or oil problem if the new idm don't clear up the problem. Is my logic correct?
