I see the 3 of 4 passenger side injectors with large contribution %. That's not normal. Usually #8 is the worst but anything over 5% is a problem.
Since they are all on one side check the underside of the wire harness on the driver side where it goes to the 42 pin harness. The harness can chafe on the driver side valve cover. Causes intermittent running issues. If that's the deal seal the chafe with liquid electrical tape then a wrap of tape and maybe a hunk of split heater hose held with a zip tie to provide protection in the future.

Ok so this is where I'm at now. checked all wires and there good. ran buzz test cold all sounded strong. perdels still hi on 1,3 and 7 ran cylinder contribution test .1 3 7 failed. what next I can't figure this out need help
I don't get it I rev the truck to 3000rpm a couple times and the passenger side Lites up. I start getting heat readings on manifold and the truck sounds better and is smooth and runs great I shut it off and restart immediately and back to the same problem passenger side dead.
Wonder if somehow or somewhere the hpop line going to passenger head is kicked off or has a restriction. After you Rev it up to 3000 it sbhukd enough icp to push past restriction. It's worth a shot to check. Might be why icp is higher at idle. Since only have the injectors are using oil. There are also little check valve things under the hpo oil lines under the fittings in the hpop. I haven't heard of those failing but its worth looking at. You seem to be running out of ideas. lol

This is the exact same thought that I had. Something wrong with the passenger side HPO feed, which incidentally is not monitored by the PCM. What I would suggest at this point is to obtain an HPO crossover line. There are a lot of products on the market for that application but the one that I have installed on my truck is solid stainless steel and it's formed in such a way as to absorb expansion and contraction of various parts of the engine as it goes through it's normal thermal cycles. It will yield to those minute changes in size and position for a very long time and not develop any leaks because of that. The one on this picture was put on my truck ten years ago or so, and no issues whatsoever. There are others who say they are a junk design, but bottom line, the right side HPO pressure is not monitored on the 7.3 design, and I disagree with that design. This balances the pressure between the two heads and then you can be assured that both sides receive the same amount of attention from the PCM.
Here's a link to the place that I bought it from. https://shop.fullforcediesel.com/hpx...-dd-73l-hpx-sd
