Custom transmission lines

Finally got around to replacing my transmission lines. The one that goes from the rear of the trans up to the cooler fitting went great - just slid it up from rear to front. For the life of me I could not find a way to get the other one through. Are these made with replacement in mind? I'm not doing anything crazy like lift the engine for a trans line. I cut it and fit a high pressure rubber hose for the part that goes right by the engine. I didn't have any hose clamps at the time, so it's just stuck in as far as I could get it and so far so good I guess.

They are designed to be easily installed on the assembly line, before the engine and transmission are installed. There is no effort made to make them easy to replace.

You might want to get some clamps on that as soon as you can. I'm not certain about 4R100's but other automatics can run 200 psi or so in the cooler lines.
