The day I picked my truck up it was getting on in the afternoon just before Christmas 2021. It was light when I arrived but dark when I drove off the dealer's lot. I had no idea the truck had auto dimming and didn't realize that it was an option on these trucks.
I figured it out quickly and left the auto on for the 55 mile ride home. That was enough to tell me that I didn't care for them. Fished around in the menu as soon as I got home and disabled that feature.
I leave it on. It actually works pretty well but occasionally gets confused.
Beam Tech are good but the Headlight Revolution V4s are the best i have had. I have used them in last 5 trucks . No issues with lights but adjusting them once installed
super bright especially if you do fog lights too and forescan bambi mode ++++
How do the Beamtechs work in the ice and snow? Do they keep the lens clear?
if you live in an area with lots of snow, you might want to stay with Halogens. Or possibly swap the bottom bulbs with Halogens in the winter to create heat in the housings to help keep the ice and snow off of them.

Not bad advice. I had Beamtech on 2017 and 2019 trucks and Hikari on 2020 and the current 2022. A few times I was out in snow storms and the wet stuff will definitely stick to the lenses due to lack of warmth.
That makes a lot of sense to me, as I noticed how puny those wires were when I last changed the bulbs. Made me wonder why the wire gauge was so small, compared to other vehicles I've owned. Could also explain why the OEM halogens look so dim and yellow.
Sadly, I don't think there's anything that can be done to increase the current, short of utilizing some relays powered by the battery, with heavier gauge wires to the headlights, and that are tripped by the existing headlight wires.
Hmm... sounds like a mini project to explore. I've got a few extra 30A relays laying around somewhere - if it's not pouring down rain this weekend I might just experiment
I've got to do a little more pondering on the idea, as I'd have to have four relays (for each set of H13 bulbs); one for low-beam, and another for high-beam. So, four relays per set of bulbs.
If the lower headlights are included, then the total number of relays would be eight. Relay Hell, LOL. But, I could experiment with the low beams on the two upper H13's, initially, and at least confirm the output increases with more current. Once I get one bulb configured to work with a relay I'll compare it to the other side, and snap a pic.
All of this is predicated on whenever I find the time to do this, LOL
I bought Hikari led bulbs off of Amazon for my 20 250. Never been happier. Plug and play no resistors needed. I will say though that I probably have the brightest headlights on the road.

Which Hikari's? They make a bunch of different bulbs....

I'd really like to get the ugly yellow halogen headlight bulbs and replace with some that are bright white. Has anyone done this? What bulbs did you use?

It’s really bad that my 2004 Corolla headlamps destroys my 22 f250’s beam especially on high.
I was in the camp of "these headlights are fine" with my 21 and 22 350s, until the other day I got in my wife's 18 sienna to go to the store one night. I was confused because I couldn't figure out how to turn off the highbeams, which appeared to be on as the light output was insane but the highbeam symbol wasn't lit. Then I realized it was the normal headlights.
I switched to silverstar ultras and was satisfied with those, I went ahead and picked up some headlights from the F150Led people so I can compare. If I feel I'll be blinding oncoming drivers too much I'll return them and go back to the silverstars.
