From what I’ve read, swapping LEDs into halogen housings isn’t a great idea. If you want LEDs, Morimoto makes the entire housing and looks awesome, and just under $2k. It’s on my list for my XLT!
It says that one does not fit for (2021). If you have had this bulb part# yourself, I’ll take your word for it….
Says it fits the 2020, I do not know of any changes to the 21-22 trucks. I have not used it because Ford can't seem to get my truck built. I'll know for sure in a couple more months hopefully...
i have these https://www.lasfit.com/ on my current vehicle and they have been great. If you have fog lights they even have one that will switch between yellow and white light.
I've read people have used Firehawk and Beamtech leds. Just curious if they last.
I have had good luck with the Night Breakers in my GM but the higher the output the shorter the bulb life IME. I would usually get about a year out of them.
LED's work great, I had them in my 2017. Look to Headlight Revolution because not every LED works good. They do a lot of testing and can recommend the best bulb for your housing.
If you are going for the eBay ricer look then go for the Morimotos.
Due to the short life of high output halogen replacement bulbs. I’ll only use them for high beam and fog lights. I leave the OE stock low beam bulbs in.
