2001 f250 7.3 was giving me a code p0107 and my glow plug relay isn’t working I have wait to start that comes on.I had wired a red dummy light to the dash from my glow plug relay to make I start after red light turns off but no red light comes on so know relay isn’t working any ideas I deleted the code and it’s hasn’t come back I was thinking of buying a glow plug relay please chime in

You're started down the right path, it seems. Glow plug relays wear out fast on these trucks.
You can test your old one for function by grounding the small wire that isn't red. That will turn on the glow plug relay and then you can test for power at the large terminal that doesn't have the big red wire. It should light up when you ground that small connection and go back out when you break that circuit. Most likely the contacts inside the relay are fried and you just need to replace the relay like so many others have had to do.
P0107 is a barometric pressure code. On a 1999.5-up the sensor is inside the PCM (no external circuitry). The PCM uses this sensor to determine elevation.......and determine how long to energize the glow plugs.
