You could try swapping injectors 2 and 4, see if the problem follows the injector. If it does it points to a bad injector. If #2 is still bad then the wiring is suspect.
that's how i got to this point. Issue was on #4. Switched 2 and 4 and problems moved to 2. Got a new injector and problem persists.
Installed 180cc stage 1 from Full force deisel. With tunes from AA I also did injector cups on the drivers side. Wondering if I still have #2 leaking
FFD is most likely your problem. I swear it seems like every other week someone is posting about a problem with their FFD injectors that they just installed. I've had their injectors, lesson learned... You will need to go through all the diagnostics but it is not uncommon for them to send out a replacement injector that is bad also
