Venting this morning- I got passed over for Christmas this year by someone. Called them Christmas Morn and they didn't answer. They texted giving a pretty lame excuse- Ok we have all done that I guess-- and no not one of you guys :-) Then some things were done that really really hurt. I can't go into it publicly I just want to vent GGGRRRRRRRRRR ! thanks for letting me vent some steam. Family stuff is the worst.

My thought of the day comes from the other weekend when Dennis, Clayton and I went shoe shopping (Dennis needed new shoes and liked a certain store here in Wichita) Shoe laces are becoming a thing of the past-- I would say 70% of the shoes had no laces. Sketchers Slip Ons are becoming a thing. No more shoe laces in the near future.

I like shoes with laces. Even more so as I’ve gotten older and less agile. I have narrow feet with a low arch. It is extremely difficult to find narrow men’s shoes. With non lace wider shoes I’m even more clumsy than normal. My foot slides side to side in wide shoes.
