I have a barn full of nice vehicles that I don't use. i have a new travel trailer from 2017 that I have never used. tTey are all there if I want them. Need is rarely a consideration when someone buys a new truck, especially a KR or Platinum over an XL. It's all about wants. It's a nice first world problem to have.
I’d sell it given it’s rare usage (can rent something to tow the boat), change the fuel filter asap, and buy something that will better fit your needs.

I believe that in the very first post he mentioned that he no longer has the boat. So I'd guess the usage is even rarer.
When I had the 99 F-350 DRW, I drove it daily until fuel got to be more than a car payment plus insurance plus gas, and then it sat in the garage rotting away. After two sets of batteries and having to replace the brakes everytime I did need to use it, it was time to dump it. Sitting is the worst thing for a vehicle. While less likely to rust away down in Florida, unless it is parked out of the elements, eventually parts start to deteriorate, and diesel does not age well, much like gas, it tends to thicken over time unless treated, and can get biologically damaged if moisture gets in.
Couple that with falling vehicle values, now is the time to sell if you don't need it.
