Hi Idle--FIXED
Many thanks for the tips on the hi idle problem on the 1990 F150 5L(302)
It was the upper intake manifold gasket. I pulled the manifold because the idle changed when I put a propane torch nozzle around the manifold. Sure enough it had a blown section and now she purrs like a kitten.
