New here and need some input!
I just bought my first powerstroke a 2017 F250. The airbag light and steering wheel controls didn't work when I bought it, I changed the clock spring now e erything works except the cruise control. I replaced the brake switch, checked the number 31 5amp fuse under the hood and last night I changed the steering wheel controls. It still won't turn on? Any ideas? Any help is appreciated..thank you

It's normal cruise control..
there is one weird thing that happens, when I press the mute button it activates the voice control and when i press the voice control button nothing happens.

I called the dealership I ordered the clock spring from and they said it's not uncommon to get a bad clockspring?

I took the steering wheel off and took the clock spring off, checked everything and reinstalled it all. It is still doing the same thing: no cruise control and when I press the mute button the voice control comes on....?
